...and living happily "between Paris, New York and Palm Beach," according to Mrs. Gilbert Feruch, who graciously contacted us after reading this post, originally published during our Guest Editor Week.

Between Chita and her boys, Dolly's hair, and Stan Musial's bat, we were distracted from the details.
